Google Checkout charges shipping, however, we will refund inland U.S. Google Ground shipping (if chosen) on orders > $100 upon shipment. Manufacturer warranties apply to all purchases.

Specific Return/Exchange Policy:
We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy, no questions. Refunds are always provided with approved RA# on unused product. Free UPS return label goes to inland U.S. customers. Upon receipt of the item within 30 days of purchase with RA# you will receive a refund within approximately one week after receipt of product in original, unused condition. Original shipping cost and $5 handling fee for each item is withheld on returns and exchanges.
Non-U.S. buyers and those outside inland U.S. pay all shipping/duties. Please use the Contact Us Form to Receive RA# and specific return instructions. No refund is made on items returned without RA# (RA# is always provided) or items without new tags on. Kindly, repack the bag the same way it was shipped, i.e. place straps and hardware inside the bag, replace cushioning material to ensure a safe ride back to the factory.
When shoulder straps are packed on outside of bag, they can damage the leather in shipment.

Return Policy Exceptions:
(1) Refunds are not provided on used merchandise, merchandise without original tags, gift certificates or monogrammed purchases (unless we have made an error, in which case we will exchange item with correct monogram.) (2) Olivia Riegel line offers a 14 day return/exchange policy w/20% restock fee, customer pays shipping on returns. (3) All sales final on the TravelPro, Atlantic, and Castello lines. All other lines offer a 30 day window, we must receive item with approved RA# within 30 days of purchase. Free UPS return label goes to inland U.S. customers.
We reserve the right to change our policies, although, they have been constant for many years.
shipping:
We ship to the United States, Europe and Canada. We ship within 1-2 business days. If orders reach us prior to Noon Central Time, they usually go out same day. Shipping time can vary in holiday seasons.
Monograms may delay your order by one day in busy seasons. Orders are processed on first come, first serve basis.
United States: For local U.S. customers, if your order is $100 or more, you will automatically receive Free UPS Ground shipping, which can take from 2 to 5 days inside the local U.S.
Other expedited methods are available in checkout.
Canada/Europe/Distant U.S.: Non-U.S. and distant U.S. customers are responsible for all shipping/duties/fees. We suggest USPS International shipping method, as duties will be far less;
otherwise UPS shipments to Canada and Europe will incur Customs duties which are customer's responsibility.
We do not calculate or estimate customs/duties fees. These lines do not ship outside the U.S.: Jack Georges, Korchmar, Olivia Riegel, or Osgoode Marley.
APO: APO Customers receive free shipping if the APO address is in the United Sates; we ship via USPS.
If your order is less than $100 and shipping is charged, we will credit it back to your card. If APO address is outside the States, you may use the coupon 10expship
in checkout to receive $10 off your APO international shipping. This is strictly for APO addresses.

Order Tracking and Communications:
All payments and orders are acknowledged by end of day via email.
Tracking information will also be sent via email on end of shipping day or the following morning (allow 2 business days)
If you do not receive our communications, please check your bulk mail folder, prior to calling or using the Contact Us Form in busy season.
We are not responsible for Carrier actions, however, will always coordinate with Carrier should they make mistakes or perform incorrectly.
Additionally, if you created an account, or a user name and password during checkout, you may check the status of your order online by logging in
with your password.
Sales Tax:
We collect Texas Sales Tax in checkout, 8.25% on product only.
Payment Methods:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover,Amex, PayPal, Google Checkout (Google Checkout is for U.S. only), and U.S. Money Orders/Cashiers Check. Be sure to enter the exact billing address associated with the card, phone number and your correct email address in checkout to avoid card denials or miscommunications.

Monograms/Personalization:
We provide monograms on the following lines: ClaireChase, Jack Georges, Piel Leather, Royce Leather, and Tony Perotti. The term monogram and de-boss are used on this site to describe up to 3 initial letters in caps, indented, in a noticeable, yet understated font and size. In some cases, we offer a preferred location of the monogram. Due to the fact that we sell designer lines, the designer's stamp may take your first choice location. In such case, we will place the monogram in the most classic, appealing location on the bag or leather gift. If your preferred location is strict, please add a noteline requesting to be notified if your monogram location cannot be granted. Sometimes the factory cannot get to the preferred area. Monograms typically look best at the upper middle of a bag, above the key/lock, lower right hand corner, or on the flapover or Latch flap. We do not requested guarantee monogram placement, although we always try our best to meet your expectation, depending on the specific item.
Site Accuracy:
We at Gift items Etc. attempt to make our site and our affiliate sites as accurate as possible. However, Gift items Etc. does not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Gift items Etc. is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition, with no monogram or customization.
