POLICIES

Customer Information 

We do not sell or disclose your private information, it is held in secure database. We do not have access to passwords, but can assist with resetting them, if you forget your login.  All customer information and checkout are completely secure and hack safe. 

U.S. Return Policy: 

30-day return policy to U.S. customers, no questions!  Free Return Label!  If you are unsatisfied for any reason, use the "Contact Us" page or fax us to request an RA# and return instructions.  RA# is required. Although most of our items ship free, in the case of a return, we retain our original incured shipping cost, plus $5 handling fee.  Original shipping is usually no more than $10 via UPS Ground.  We will provide a free UPS return label, via email.  Basically, we split the cost of the return with our Buyers.

Full refunds are applied upon receipt of merchandise in original unused condition.  Exceptions to above policy: (1) Castello line has 14 day return policy; (2) Monogrammed products are non-returnable. (3) Perfect Petzzz and Clearance sales are final.

International Return Policy:

International Customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees for original order and returns/exchanges.  No International returns allowed on the Jack Georges, Castello and Korchmar lines.  For all other lines, refunds apply if non-used merchandise arrives within 30 days with an RA#.  Original shipping and handling fees are retained by Seller. 

Payment:

We take Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, PayPal and Google Checkout in a secure payment environment.  We also take fax orders and U.S. Money Orders. 

Fax Orders - Send us a fax (See Contact Us Page) with your name, the product SKU number, color and description, along with  your shipping address, billing address, credit card information, including expiration date and 3 or 4 digit security number, and phone number.

U.S. Money Orders - Call us to place your order, reserve your product and receive the total amount, including shipping and Texas tax if applicable.  You may then post a U.S. money order to our address on the Contact Us Page.  When your money order clears, we will line up your order for shipment and send notifications to you via email.

Communications

You will receive emails from us regarding your order, your payment, and tracking information.  Please check your bulk mail folder if you do not receive these communications, or contact us using the Contact Us form. We work 24/7 to provide excellent customer service and prompt communication.

Privacy Policy:

We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so.

Information Collection & Use:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

Security:

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".

Shipping

Orders usually ship same day if remittance is prior to Noon U.S. Central Time, otherwise, next business day. All orders are insured and ship via UPS Ground (if free shipping is chosen) inside the United States. Expedited UPS options are available in checkout. International orders are shipped via USPS, several options are available in checkout. If you have special instructions, please note these on the noteline of your payment remittance or email us.
