Checkout:

To check out, simply click on the Add to Cart Button, after you have selected your quantity, size/color options. You may continue to shop or select the View Cart option to proceed with checkout. Checkout features multiple shipping methods if you require expedited shipment. Otherwise, most items ship FREE via UPS Ground, be sure to choose the Ground option. At this time, Google Checkout only ships Ground, and only to U.S. residents. Please be sure to double check your phone number and email address, so our automated communications regarding your order reach you.  If you do not receive our communications, please check your bulk mail folder or call the toll free number in our header.

U.S. Money Order:  Please choose the fax checkout option if you wish to pay by U.S. money order, so we can reserve your merchandise. You will receive an email with your order.  Simply write the date you will post your money order on your order and fax it to the fax number on the Contact Us page.  Post your U.S. money order to the address on the Contact Us page. 

Information Collection & Use:

Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (like their name and email address). The customer's contact information is used to contact the visitor in the event of a problem when processing an order. For example, problems with credit card verification, product availability, etc. Users have a choice of receiving future mailings during the registration process.

Our site uses an order form for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect visitor's contact information (like their email address), and financial information (like their account or credit card numbers). The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the visitor when necessary. i.e, in the event there is a problem processing an order, corporate changes, or changes in privacy practices. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. The customer ID numbers are assigned to Web site visitors to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, PayPal, Google Checkout (Google Checkout is for U.S. only), and U.S. Money Orders/Cashiers Check. 

Privacy Policy:

We value our customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We will not give, sell, rent, or loan any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are legally required to do so or you authorize us to do so. 

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 day return/exchange policy, no questions.  RA# is required, please use the Contact Us form to receive RA# and specific return instructions. We provide a UPS return label FREE to U.S. customers, for return of non-used product. International Customers pay all shipping, duties/customs fees, under all conditions. Refunds are applied upon receipt of item in original, unused condition, less original shipping cost, usually no more than $10 for U.S. residents, plus $5 handling fee. We do not refund on used merchandise. For exchanges, funds are applied to new product, overage/refund is processed with same credit card, unless otherwise instructed by buyer.

Return Policy Exceptions: (1) We do not offer return policy to International Customers on Jack Georges and Korchmar lines; (2) No returns on Perfect Petzzz, clearance category, or monogrammed items; (3) The Castello line offers a 14 day return policy. (4) On the Olivia Riegel line, there is a 20% restock fee, customers pay original and return shipping.

Shipping:

We offer free shipping on many items.  Free shipping is always UPS Regular Ground, which takes from 2 to 5 days inside the U.S.  UPS tracking can be monitored at www.ups.com.  Our standard shipping turn around is within one to two days during busy season.  If you require guaranteed shipping date, it is best to upgrade your shipping method during checkout.  All payments and orders are acknowledged by end of day via email.  Tracking information will also be sent via email on end of shipping day or the following morning. We do ship APO Military, please call us for shipping quote or to place order.

Expedited Shipping:

We recommend expedited shipping, if you desire faster service than Ground UPS. Ground takes from 3 to 5 days inside the United States. We offer a $10 coupon toward any expedited shipping method, otherwise, most items ship with Free ground shipping. To get an estimate of expedited cost, please choose the item you want, begin the checkout process and find the Shipping Estimator link, when you View the Cart. Plug in your zip code and choose or view the options available. In checkout, after choosing your expedited method, plug in the coupon code 10 expship and $10 will be deducted in checkout. If you have chosen monogram service, please add an extra day for delivery.

Security:

This website takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and protected. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just "surfing".
